• With a deposit of US$500 you can reserve your place.
• The remaining US$1,000 is due not later than one month before departure. You are also welcome to pay in full as soon as you commit to travel.
• Children 12 years or younger pay US$700 for two weeks.
• The cancellation deadline for a trip is fifteen days prior to the departure date. Payments other than the US$500 deposit will be refunded if the request is received 15 days or more prior to your scheduled departure date.
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable. However, under special circumstances the $500 may be applied to a future tour within a year from the cancellation date.
• There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
• When booking your flight find out the airlines terms and condtions for cancellations, refunds and changes. Graciela will not be financially or otherwise responsible for such changes.
• Late Registrations pay in full one month before departure date.

However, two weeks is the amount of time recommended for a deeper healing process.

The journeys described above have been designed for a two week process because everything we need to heal is provided at the Casa but our challenge as humans is to open up, to be able to receive the powerful healing energies, which can be achieved with more time.

Increasing our receptivity to the healing energies is our biggest challenge.

Two weeks is the recommended time required to help us work through layers of trauma accumulated over an entire life time. Those layers are in great need of clearing from our body, mind and spirit.

When you travel for one week you receive spiritual treatment and ALL the blessings available to everyone else at the Casa. However, you will not have as much time to rest and integrate after receiving spiritual treatment and you will not spend as much time in the meditation rooms as the rest of the group. Two weeks affords you a deeper healing process.

During the guided portion of the trip, my services begin and end at the Brasilia Airport. Monday morning, when I pick you up at the Brasilia Airport and Saturday when I drive you to the Brasilia Airport after the tour of the city of Brasilia.

My gift as a Guide is in the preparation I provide for you before and during your visits to the Casa. I added two days to the trip to ready you to receive Spiritual Treatment. Most newcomers go before Medium Joao and are scheduled for Crystal Bed Treatments, Sacred Waterfall or time in the Meditation Rooms, sometimes for the entire first week. The purpose of these is to step-up our frequency or vibration (we become lighter/looser, less defended, open to receive Spiritual Treatment).

Before your arrival I present the names of my group members to Medium Joao. I request permission for you to visit the Sacred Waterfall and I schedule your first Crystal Bed session. (Newcomers need a written permission from Medium Joao to visit the Sacred Waterfall – I take the group as soon as we arrive. That first visit takes away the stress of the entire trip and a lot more.

We will gather as a group and review your list of requests: I will help you focus on the most important reasons that brought you to the Casa and will create three short sentences representing their essence. My intention is that, by the time you stand before Medium Joao on Wednesday morning, you will be unconcerned with translation or any other logistics. Your three sentences being translated for you, all your attention focused on the energetic transmission/ connection with him.

I will also teach you how to be in the current (meditation) rooms, how to increase your receptivity to the healing available in numerous forms. I will share with you all I learnt about the power of Prayer, Meditation and synchronicity, very strong at the Casa.

I will lead optional meditation and breathing exercises, all conducive to increase your energy and receptivity to the Light available in Abadiania.

I will also share ways to quench the inevitable longing for the Casa once you go back home, and most important, how to find your way back, confident and on your own. The majority of those traveling to the Casa with me for the first time come back by themselves, with their family and friends. A few others have come back as part of the group, up to three times.

Sometimes I do travel with the group leaving from JFK Airport in New York. Other times, I travel a week ahead of the group to secure your rooms, request a prescription for the group to visit the Sacred Waterfall as soon as you arrive, schedule your first crystal bed appointment and other required preparations.

Upon your request, I may share the information of those group members likely to fly from the same airports so you can travel together. (Providing that everyone involved gives me the permission to share such info.)

People from the US as well as from other countries join my groups. I meet everyone at the Brasilia Airport. We will then drive to our Inn in Abadiania (the town where the Casa de Dom Inacio is located).

I pay for the group transportation to and from the airport. If you wish to arrive or leave at a time other than the group, I will arrange for a safe-local-English speaking driver to pick you up at the Brasilia Airport. This is your expense. As per the Casa, and for your safety, we are to use assigned authorized local drivers. The driver will wait for you as soon as you walk out of the baggage claim area at the airport. He will have a sign with your name.

IT IS MY INTENTION TO PASS ON TO YOU MY FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AT THE CASA DE DOM INACIO. IF YOU TAKE THIS JOURNEY WITH ME, YOU WILL LEARN ALL YOU NEED TO STAY LONGER OR TO RETURN TO THE CASA ON YOUR OWN, SELF CONFIDENT AND WELL INFORMED.

• If you are seriously ill, before joining a group you are required to send a recent photo of yourself to be taken before Medium Joao in-Entity for evaluation and permission to make the journey.
• Depending on your health issues you may need to return more than once.
• If you are in poor health and a long trip would threaten your life, I may bring your photo before Medium Joao for preliminary evaluation and distance healing distance healing.
• If you need physical attention and medication, you should travel with a healthy and caring companion who will have to fill out an Application and pay fifty- per cent of the trips' fee. I can also arrange for a caretaker for you while in Brazil.
• The Rules of the Casa are posted on boards, in three or more languages. We are reminded to follow medical protocol and continue taking our medicines during your stay at the Casa. Bring your medicines with you when you travel, and continue taking them unless your medical doctor advises otherwise.
